Factory Testing
Every aeroponic tower and hydroponic cabinet is rigorously tested before shipping to ensure proper operation. Our technicians check the watertightness of the hydraulic circuit, pump flow rates, nutrient solution distribution and lighting operation according to a strict protocol established by our engineers.
Quality Inspection
Our inspection process covers 15 critical checkpoints including the assembly of the galvanized steel frame, polycarbonate quality, joints, irrigation circuit connections and tolerance compliance. Each step is documented to ensure complete traceability.
Durability Testing
Our greenhouses and aeroponic towers undergo accelerated aging tests simulating years of intensive use, both indoors and outdoors. These tests enable us to ensure the longevity of our systems and to guarantee a 5-year frame warranty and a 10-year polycarbonate warranty.
Performance Testing
We verify that our aeroponic towers achieve 95% water savings compared to traditional soil cultivation, while maintaining optimal plant nutrition. Measurements under real conditions confirm the effectiveness of nutrient solution recycling and reliable production year-round.
